Macadamia Natural Oil Deep Repair Masque: Review + Pictures

Hi loves! Today I wanted to do a post about my all-time favorite hair care product - Macadamia Natural Oil Deep Repair Masque. I found out about this product thanks to YouTube during the summer. So many of my favorite beauty gurus were raving about it, so I had to try it myself! Let’s just say that this stuff didn’t disappoint! :))

For starters, let’s talk about the packaging! The product comes in a really nice brown and green container with some nice flowery ornaments. It is sooo pretty and it just makes me happy to look at it! The plastic jar is also really sturdy and comes with one of those white discs which stay under the lid for extra protection from water and humidity.

The actual product smells delightfully fresh and clean. When I first got the product I didn’t really like the scent but after a while I fell completely in love with it and now I even crave it sometimes and I go to my bathroom just to sniff it lol. :)) It really is incredible and the fragrance stays on the hair for a couple of hours after you get out of the shower! I wish it was noticeable for longer on my hair, though!

The masque has a nice, really light peachy color with pearly sheen to it. The consistency is also lovely– it’s an extremely thick cream (reminds me of shea butter) which feels super smooth and luxurious when applying!

On the jar it says that: “Our Macadamia and Argan oils combine with tea tree and chamomile oils, aloe and algae extracts to produce miracle-like hair rejuvenation. HOW TO USE: Liberally comb through clean wet hair and allow up to 7 minutes of penetration before rinsing. No heat necessary. Deep Repair Masque is an intense treatment. Use no more than twice a week”. This is exactly what I usually do, except that I towel dry my hair a bit before applying, cuz I feel like it works better that way. :)). Plus, after rinsing my hair there is no oily residue on my hair, which is always a big concern for me!

Macadamia Natural Oil Deep Repair Masque

I cannot begin to tell you how outstanding this masque is! It basically does to my hair everything I wish for – it makes it smooth, soft, super shiny, removes the frizz and detangles incredibly (I love running my fingers through my hair after using it)!! Thanks to this product my hair looks and feels really healthy and my ends are much less frazzled. Since I’m using this product (for about 8 months) my hair has grown soo much, which I adore! This is the best hair masque I’ve ever tried and I highly highly recommend trying it!! This stuff made my dry and damaged hair so healthy, long and beautiful! <33

The only downside to this product can be the price tag. The masque comes in four different sizes: 1 oz. ($4), 3.3 oz. ($15), 8.5 oz. ($33) and 16.9 oz. ($49). If you are unsure whether this product is for you can always get the mini size and see for yourself. I personally purchased the 8.5 oz. one back in May and I still have plenty of masque left, so it’s not that bad. I think that this product is worth every penny and I would definitely repurchase this on and on when I run out! I just love it so much! Now I’m really temped to purchase the Nourishing Leave-in Cream. :))

Have you tried this product? And if yes, how do you like it? :))

XO,
Andrea

  27. Oh I'll have to try this next! Macadamia Natural Oil is my holy grail product. I use it almost every day especially when blowdrying my hair as it quickens up the process. I think Hairtrade is the cheapest place you can get it at the moment. I also find it good to use on my hair extensions Kate x
