Hello
lovely ladies! I’d love it if anyone could enlighten me where and on Earth did
March go?! Seriously, the time is flying by way too fast and I’d almost missed
my monthly favorites post hehe! Anyway, I am here and I have some really exciting
products to share with you. I noticed that I’ve done a review on most of them,
which is great and this post won’t end up crazy long! Hope you enjoy! :))

My March Beauty Favorites |
1.The
first product that I’ve been loving for the month of March is The Body Shop’s Shea Shower Cream. Being
one of The Body Shop’s best sellers I expected it to be lovely and I couldn’t
be more right – it is divine! This little saver has improved my skin so much
for the past month, making it ridiculously smooth, soft and moisturized. This
shower cream, as its name suggests, has build-in Shea butter in it. The Shea
butter is known for its antioxidant vitamins A and E, which nourish and protect
the skin and I can honestly see this resulting into my skin. :) I absolutely
fell in-love with this shower cream and I will definitely be repurchasing when
my runs out!
2. The
next thing I used all the time this
past month has been my Tangle Teezer!
This hairbrush is honestly the bomb.com
in the hair care department haha. It detangles my hair without any pulling or
yanking whatsoever and it doesn’t break it, which is a huge bonus for me. It
really works wonders and you can read my full review on it here! :)
3. For
foundation, I’ve been using a lot my Revlon
Colorstay Foundation in the shade Buff 150. I got this about a month ago
and was really exciting to see what is all the hype about. And I did – it
really is a wonderful foundation. It gives medium to high coverage and doesn’t
feel super heavy on the face. It says on literally all day, which I was super impressed about! What I hate about it,
though, is that it doesn’t have a pump, which can get quite messy!
4. Now
onto my TOP favorite item out all this month – Sigma F80 Flat Kabuki Brush! I don’t even know where to start from
with this one so I will just tell you that I adore it! This brush is the softest, most dense and easy-to-work
with foundation brush that I have ever used!! It applies foundation so
precisely and streak-free that’s seriously unreal! I use it every single day
and I enjoy a beautiful airbrushed finish and I couldn’t be happier with it!
<3 You can see detailed review and pictures of F80 here. :) If you’d
like to get the Sigma F80 Flat kabuki
Brush yourself you can do so here,
using the code AAM2013 for 10% off
of your purchase! <33
5. Since
I’ve been quite busy during March I didn’t have much time to do my makeup in
the mornings so I really enjoyed using Benefit’s
Fine One One. It is a lovely sheer brightening color for cheeks and lips. It
basically could be used as blush, bronzer (kind of) and highlighter all in one.
I am not going to talk much about it here because I did a full on review on it
and you can see it here. :)
6. Next I
have been obsessed with Maybelline’s The
Rocket mascara. It has quickly become one of my all time favorite mascaras.
It lengthens my lashes beautifully; it separates them and makes them really
black. It doesn’t smudge or clump on me either! It gives an okay volume but
it’s nothing ‘WOW’ for me to be honest, but nonetheless I adore it and I highly
recommend checking it out! :) See how it looks on my lashes here.
7. As for
lips, I’ve been using Rimmel London’s Apocalips in Apocaliptic pretty much the
whole month! I’ve been really into more daring, bold colors recently and this one
has been a staple in my makeup bag. It’s a gorgeous bright fuchsia color, which
looks amazing on, especially if you are someone who likes to rock a super bright
lip! The formulation of Apocaliptic is divine – it glides on smoothly and it
doesn’t dry out the lips! Perfection! <3 If you wanna see how it looks on my
lips, click here. :)
8. Last
but not least, I wanted to include a nail polish and I feel like the one I was
reaching for most often during March is this Golden Rose Jolly Jewels nail polish in the shade 104. It is a gorgeous rosy pink
glittery polish, which looks so pretty and sparkly on the nails! I love to do a
statement nail with it and here you
can see how I was wearing the shade mostly in March! <3
9. You guys know that I like to include a non-beauty favorites as well. For March it has been the TV Show 'Made in Chelsea'. My best friend is obsessed with it and I finally decided to give it a go myself and I LOVED it! It's really interesting and if you haven't watched it yet I recommend doing it asap! :))
Thank you so much for reading beauties! Have a lovely week! :))
Love,
Andrea

Great favourites post! I've been tempted to buy the tangle teezer after seeing so many beauty bloggers rave about it but I just don't know if I can warrant spending £10 on a hairbrush when I already have one! Ha. May have to try the colour stay foundation too.
ReplyDeletehttp://hollslucy.blogspot.co.uk

I've been using the tangle teezer for the last month and I love it! I wish I would have gotten it earlier, but I though $10 was expensive. How dumb was I! And I've been using that Sigma brush for over a year. It's seriously the softest brush. I have Mineral Hygienics and Bare Minerals brushes and they are so scratchy.
ReplyDeleteThe nail polish is perfect.
Little Red Umbrellas
I saw fine one one in a magazine, and i've been wanting to try it since!

I am looking into getting the Revlon colorstay foundation. Do you have the formula for oily or dry skin, because I heard the dry skin formula has a better finish. Thoughts?
ReplyDeleteNice post! xo
Mine is for dry skin and I absolutely love its finish! It's dewy and brightens up the face beautifully! :)) I have no idea about the oily formula though, I haven't tried it and can't really compare the two! Hope this helps! <3 xxx
DeleteI need to try the tangle teezer..heard nothing but great things about it

I wanna try the Revlon Colorstay foundation but it just annoys me that theres no pump! The Revlon Photoready foundation has a pump, so I really don't see why this one doesn't! :(
